| Smart Engage Does not work |

When using Smart Engage, make sure the white and gray wires are connected to speaker signal from the car |
| Smart Engage not compatible with vehicle |
Find a switched 12v source that is only on when the head-unit is powered, and attach it to the red wire |
| Smart Engage turns the re-Q and amps on when the door chimes begin |
re-q senses the audio signal from the door chimes and so it automatically turns the re-Q on |

| Turn on/off pop |
The re-Q does not create pops, but it can pass pops from the stock system |
There are many things that can cause pop, if you need help diagnosing the problem call 1-800-965-3501 for assistance |
| Low/strange output from the subwoofer channel even at high volumes |
Factory subwoofer leads not attached to the brown sub inputs on the re-Q |
Make sure to attach the factory subwoofer wire to the brown inputs on the re-Q |
| Phasing is incorrect on the inputs to the re-Q |
Unhook one + or - wire from one side of the white/gray inputs. If the sub immediately gets louder switch the phasing on one side only |
| Power LED does not light up |
Wires not connected: left/right inputs, power, ground, 12v switched |
Make sure all speaker inputs, 12v constant, ground and 12v switched if not using Smart Engage are connected |
| Blue remote output wire is grounded |
Check remote output wire to make sure it is not touching a vehicle ground |
