"When installing an aftermarket audio system, it isn’t necessary to replace the
factory head unit. Installation of a re-Q electronically conforms any stock head
unit to give aftermarket audio products down the line the proper signal they need
to perform to their maximum level. Because inadequate OEM speakers are often protected
from distortion by limiting bass, sound quality and performance are degraded. Unlike
line-level converters that do nothing to contour the OE system's "bass roll-off,"
the re-Q's volume sensing bass restoration detects input voltage from the OE system
and adds the correct amount of bass back into the audio signal at all volume levels.
Purists and bassheads, rejoice!"

"I just want to let you know that the new re-Q is a great piece; it allows me to
sell speakers, amps, subs to customers that want to keep their factory radio. I've
used it several times, I have already gone through my first order, and I'm on my
second one right now. The adjustability is fantastic. I had a guy standing next
to a F-250 it was installed in who had four 15"s in his car and when he heard what
that re-Q could do for this lady's F-250 he was impressed."

"We had a 2007 Civic SI with factory navigation and we added two T9500 subs. Originally
the customer had a similar competitors unit installed between the head unit and
amps, and he felt he wasn't getting all the bass out of the T9500s. We replaced
the competitor piece with a re-Q and it was 'a night and day difference', the customer
could not have been happier."
